Healthy Hip Workshops
Healthy Hip Workshops are face-to-face practical workshops that explore the theory of healthy hip function, and more importantly, that provide you with exercises to help improve hip function and hip motion.
Workshop 1: FUNCTION
Improve hip function and give them a grease and oil change - all using movement.
This workshop explores how to groove great movement patterns in the different directions your hip is designed to move.
Strengthen the hips and teach them how to do what they are meant to do: function efficiently.
Arrive 8:45am for a 9:00am start. Morning tea will be provided.
Workshop 2: MOVEMENT
Sometimes function must follow improved motion. There's no point trying to improve how your hips function if there are movement restrictions somewhere.
This workshop will explore how to increase motion quality through stretches and dynamic mobility exercises. Excellent for increasing range of motion.
Arrive 12:45pm for a 1:00pm start. Afternoon tea will be provided.
